DOCUMENT SETUP
☐ Correct final size (trim size)
☐ CMYK color mode (not RGB)
☐ Bleed added: 0.125 in (⅛") on all sides
☐ Backgrounds & images extend into bleed
☐ Text & logos inside safe margin (0.125–0.25 in)
IMAGES & GRAPHICS
☐ All images 300 DPI at final size
☐ No blurry, stretched, or pixelated images
☐ Logos are vector or high‑resolution
☐ No screenshots used
COLOR
☐ CMYK colors approved
☐ Small text uses 100% K (black only)
☐ Rich black used only for large areas (not text)
☐ Colors reviewed for print (screen ≠ print)
TEXT & FONTS
☐ Body text minimum 8–10 pt
☐ Fine print minimum 7 pt
☐ Fonts are outlined / converted to curves
☐ No ultra‑thin fonts used
FILE PREPARATION
☐ File saved as Print‑Ready PDF
☐ Correct page size confirmed
☐ Single‑page or multi‑page layout correct
☐ No crop marks unless printer requests
FINAL REVIEW
☐ Spelling & grammar checked
☐ Phone numbers, emails, addresses verified
☐ QR codes tested
☐ Proof reviewed at 100% zoom
